Introduction of wood pellets machinery line
Complete ring die wood pellet product line includes the following parts: crushing process, drying process, pelletizing process, cooling and screening process and packing process. the product line works with high efficient, high output and low energy consumption.
Requirements on the raw materials:

The moisture content of the raw materials is about 10-15% and the diameter of raw materials is about 2-3mm.According to the materials of clients, we can choose the proper machines for the line.It can make 6mm-30mm sawdust pellets or biomass pellets.

Working principle and process detail

1.Crushing process:
Since we must ensure the raw material which goes into the pellet machine is in the state of powder, we must use the multifunctional hammer mill to crush the straw into powder.
2.Drying process:
The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 13-15%.Our rotary dryer is made up of stove and main rotary dryer, which can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 15%.Our stove is fueled by coal, which can save electricity consumption largely.
3.Pelletizing process:
Tyj series wood pellet mill is the most important equipment, which have the following features:

2).24 hours continuous running;

5) lower energy consumption and less manpower;



4.Cooling and dust collecting process:
After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 75 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 12%, so we need use cooler to reduce about 3-4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store.
But considering the feedback from some foreign clients, the local climate is very humidity;They hope to cool the wood pellet with moisture 7-8%.In order to satisfy the different need from different clients, we develop one kind of new stabilizer combined cooler.

Machines list

Dryer:To low the moisture suitable in order to make best pellets.
Conveyor:To put all materials to next operation.
Pellet mill:To press wood pellets.
Hoisting machine:To hoist the pellets to cooling separator and pulsed dust collector.
Pulsed dust collector:To collect all the dust.
Cooling separator:To cool the pellets in order to packing.
Packing machine:Packing all the pellet to package, will make 15-50 kg package.
Electrical cabinet:To control all equipment.
