Crude oil-alkali refining -rinse -decolorization -deodorization -finished oil Add acid-add alkali -add hot water-clay-filtering-vacuum-deodorizing-winterization plant

Neutralizing tank: Acid\alkali refining or rinse;
Decoloring tank: For bleaching grease
Deodorizing tank: For deodorizing grease(stainless steel)
Conducting oil furnace: To provide thermal energy needed for production, the temperature reach to 280
Vacuum pump: To provide vacuum for bleaching\ deodorization which can reach 755mmhg or more
Air compressor: Dry the bleached clay;
Air press: For filter clay;
Steam generator: Generate steam distillation required.
Maturing tank, catalyst tank: Used for dewaxing of sundflower seed oil refinery
