Structure:
Pinch roll and laying head are neighbor, but completely separated. Pinch roll is cantilever horizontal roll type, double roll driven, double roll are controlled by pneumatic cylinder together. The pinch roll is driven by one DC motor through speed up drum gear . The laying head is horizontal arranged, slope down 20 degree, It consist of laying pipe which attached on rotary mandrel and driving system. Mandrel is driven by DC motor through taper gear, laying pipe is rotated as set up speed to form wire coil . The driving gear box of laying box is weld structure. The gear and bearing inside of box are lubricated by center oil station, Laying head is covered by shell, the shell is drum structure, slope arrangement, the top half can be opened by pneumatic cylinder for changing laying pipe.
