Types of Metal Gasket RingsAccording to clients' requirements, the ends of ring opening are divided to: straight notch type, oblique notch type, the linked type and the lapping type.
Material: casting iron, stainless steel, alloy casting iron, super alloy.Technical standard: the diffuse transmittance of the gasket ring which has been produced by our factory will be zero in working condition by using ring gauge to inspect.
The tolerance of the end connecting would be 0.02mm. The sizes and specifications will meet any customer's requirements.

Piston Ring
Piston ring is widely applied to aerospace motors and accessory's to-and-fro movement of oil cylinder and piston circumgyrating movement's sealing for axes and machine's body, it may exist in varied medium such as gas or liquid. Due to high precision and big difficulty of the processing, it has been a key product in aerospace products.Piston ring is opening in free state. Put piston ring into the groove of axle or piston, which are put into hell hole or cylinder line. The piston ring embeds into the wall of hole after constriction, to seal depends on the tightly clinging of outer surface of ring and inner wall of hole and the excellent match between the two head faces and two sides in groove.
Piston ring are generally used in rotating seal between shell and axle running in high speed; and also used in slipping seal between cylinder and piston in axial motion.
After 10 years of research, our factory mastered the change rule of free state of piston ring, which is considered as cosmepolitical technical problem. We could process piston ring directly with CNC device, the ring clings with the surface of inner hole and no light transmission testing with ring gauge. This can't be realized by general process e.g. heat fixation.
At present, the high accuracy piston ring produced by us has been offered to military industry such as aerospace motors and other industry.
Seal Lock Ring:Seal lock ring is closed in free state with certain tightening force. Harness it on the axle, make the outer surface of axle clinging on the inner surface of ring, and turning with axle. It's sealed between axle and shell depends on the excellent match between two sides of ring and related parts of shell.
On the basis of piston ring, we mastered the change rule of seal lock ring in free state, which assured the seal between axle and seal lock ring.
Seal Structure Combined Piston Ring With Seal Lock RingIdeal seal structure could be realized by combining piston ring with seal lock ring. This simple is better in seal than single ring, no matter axial slipping or high-speed roating, and it's simple. This is the direction of development to solve seal problem.
