DFC series of farm tractor fertilizer spreader is a fertilizing machine designed according to Brazil
technology , mainly used to apply base fertilizer before tillage ,sow seeds after tillage and spread seeds and manure in grassland and ranch.It has advantages of compact structure,wide range of applying,high productivity,even broadcast sowing and so on.. We made it trailed, so that it could load more fertilizer,spread more width.

4. Assembly and Installation
Check all the parts according to the packing list and then start assembling and installation.
It's a large structure, we usually disboard the tires before delivery. You just install the tires and draw bar before use.
5.Application method
Preparation before use
The spreader has to be added the oil on the tank when ex- work , and the lubricating oil of the steel plate pin must be added before use .Check if the wheel running agilely, especially to check and tighten up set bolt of the rim in order to prevent the accident caused by the damage of wheel hub and rim. Also, check if the PTO can be rotated smoothly as well as the conveyor belt in the manure case.
The correct using method of the spreader
( 1)Back the tractor , aim at hauling axis, tows the towing bracket to hang with the trailer , insert the hauling pin and safety pin on it , in order to prevent the accident caused by the hauling pin fall off during transportation .
(2). After step one, connect the shaft with the tractor and PTO. Check if they can work smoothly.
6.Maintenance
Every day after the spreader finished work should sweep cleanly the carriage , cleanly flush with water when necessary, inspect whether there is joint points to become less crowded, whether lubricate is good, inspect and tight each connecting bolt.( Especially pay attention to the rim bolt and the shaft) Replenish lubricating oil if the axle journal gives off heat . Please adjust if the axle journal rock .
Should inspect the gap of wheel bearing every 200-600 work hours , when the wheel rock oversize should carry on the adjustment promptly .If the lubricating oil insufficient should supplement the right amount of it .
When the spreader park for a long time ,should place the trailer in the garage ,and support the wheel away from ground . Guard against the tire damage, the rotation or the running end and the thread place appears externally should paint the butter to prevent rust. Also the oil should be run our from the tank.
7.Reason of common malfunction
(1) the shaft malfunction
Check the if the PTO was broken, if not, change the shaft before use.
(2) The wheel rocks
Wheel hub damage or rim distort .( Replace with new product )
The wheel hub bolt become less crowded .( Tighten up the bolt according to the twist moment stipulation )
8.Matters of safe use needing attention
After the spreader connect with the tractor , should keep people away from the spreading disc, never touch the discs when they are working, create the accident.
Strictly forbid person station on the towing brack during the trailer's transportation.
When the trailer usually overhaul and adjust, must support firmly the wheel or frame , guard against the trailer move and fall injure somebody.
