Brief introduction of the wood pellet mill
Pelletizing is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel. The objects are used for burning purposes. Wood pellet can be made from any type of agro-forestry waste: Groundnut shell, sugarcane bio-gases, caster shells/stalk, saw dust, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, tobacco waste mustard stalk, jute waste, bamboo dust, tea waste, wheat straw, palm husk, soybeans husk, coir pitch barks/straws, rice husks, forestry wastes, wood chips and many other agro wastes.
Working principle of the wood pellet mill
After grinding and drying process, the materials will be sent into feeding device and mixed in the conditioner. Then they are forced into the pelletizing chamber by the imperative feeder. In the chamber, materials are squeezed between the rollers and die to form into cylinder shape pellets. As they are extruded, cutting knives will cut the pellets into specified size.
Main characteristics of the wood pellet mill machine
1. The wood pellet machine can press biomass such as sawdust, straw and rice husk pellet.
2. Adopting coldpressing molding technology, polishing process. Beautiful appearance, compact structure.
3. Using special high quality materials and advanced even shaft driving device, the key components are high quality alloy steel with wear-resisting material, using German vacuum heat treatment furnace, will span the working life to five to seven times.
The materials required
All kinds of wood waste or agro-forestry waste can be used, such as:
1. Wood waste, scobs, branch, palm tree, sugarcane residue, sawdust, medical slag, hay, discarded edible fungus bags.
2. Bean stalk, wheat stalk, corn stalk, cotton stalks, sunflower stalks, mustard stalk, rice stalks, coffee husk, cotton shell, peanut shell, rice shell, coconut shell.
3. Livestock and poultry's waste, tea waste, tea waste, forestry wastes, forestry wastes, wood chips and many other organic waste resources.
