This is the brief introduction of our products:
We produce and supply concrete pump parts(fitting to Schwing and PM, Sany, Zoomlion, CIFA), which include delivery pipe, elbow, reducer, (coupling)clamp, male and female flange, rubber hose, cleaning ball, wear plate, cutting ring, concrete spreader, etc.
Our product range is as follows;
1. Pipe line(wear-resistant seamless or welded tube)
Material: 45Mn2, high quality alloy steel pipe, st52, 20#steel, etc
Size: DN 125mm or DN 150mm
Wall thickness: 4.1-7.1mm
Length: 3meters is standard length, other length as to your requeirement.
2. Elbow/bend and reducer elbow
Material: Hi-Mn13, 20#steel, st52, etc
Size: DN 125mm or DN 150mm (R275, R225, R315, etc)
Degree: 90, 60, 45, 30, 15
3. Concrete coupling/clamp
Material: Hi-Mn13, 20#steel, etc
Size: From 2 to 6inch, DN125mm and DN 150mm is the common size, other sizes like DN80, DN100, DN175 are upon to your request
4. Reducer
Material: 45Mn2, st52
Length: 1.2M, 1.6m, all size as to your request
5. Sponge cleaning ball
Material: Natural rubber
Size: DN100, DN125, DN150, according to your request
6. Rubber items( adopt natural rubber)
Rubber hose: DN 125mm and DN 150mm, 3 or 4 meters, other sizes upon your request
Rubber piston/gasket: DN 125mm and DN 150mm, DN180, fitting to schwing, PM, etc
Rubber sponge balls: For all kinds of concrete pump pipefittings
7. Wear plate and cutting ring
Fitting to schwing, PM, SANY, Zoomlion, etc
8. Concrete spreader
We can supply the 12m, 15m, 18m, 20m, 21m, 24m, 28m hydraulic concrete spreader and manual spreader.
