4)Adopting negative pressure design which make the medium paper pressed evenly and close to the surface of the corrugated roller to form the flute in good shape. And also get the even gluing on the flute tip to have good laminating of the single face.
5) Corruagated roller finish changing in 15 minutes.When replacing the corrugated rollers, the whole complete set of addition rollers with cassette is delivered into the machine by the carriage andd matched with the hydralic motor to be fixed on the base of the machine by hydraulic system. Finishing the corrugated rollers replacement quickly and easily.
6) Corrugated rollers, pressing roller and gluing roller equip the high stable airbag control system and the pneumatic control buffer effect.
7) Adopt glue width motorized dividing to match the paper width. Idel running motor for glue roller to avoid glue dry. The interval between glue roller and doctor roller is adjusted by electric control.
8)The moveable gluing unit is convenient to lean and maintain.
9) Touch screen displays colorful drawing , which is easy to operate.
10)Built-in pre-conditioner with proportional spraying device for medium moisture and temperature adjustment.
