Xinte Textile uses Pyrovatex® , from Huntsman (Ciba) for its fireproof impregnation. Pyrovatex® Penetrates the fibres and due to strong covalent bonds with cotton, it gives our fabrics fireproof qualities.
Xinte Textile's fireproof fabrics comply with EN 531& EN11612.
Clothing made from this fabric:
A) does not burn or melt near an open flame or when faced with high
Temperatures
B) does not smoulder when surrounded by flames for 30 seconds
C) keeps its original shape after being subjected to flames
D) the self-extinguishing property of the fabric will be intact for its whole
Lifecycle
E) keeps its protective qualities after 50 washes
F ) can be used in extreme circumstances
G) is very durable.
