Sand  Production Line Introduction:
 
Sand making production line is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, fine jaw crusher (or impact crusher ), vertical shaft impact crusher ( sand making machine ), vibrating screen, sand washing machine, centralized electric control and belt conveyor. The designed capacity of sand making production line is from 50t/h to 500t/h.

Raw materials: River stone, granite, basalt, shale, calcium carbide, limestone, different rock and stone etc.
 
Capacity: 30-800t/h
 
Max feeding size: 1000mm
 
Application:Highway, high railway, hydroelectric dam construction, tailings mechanism sand, mechanism sandstone
 
The whole set of sand-making production line designed by our company is suitable to crush the hard limestone, granite, basalt, gravel, slag, etc and artificially sand making for hydroelectric power, building material, high way, city construction, etc.

Working process of sand  production line:
 
1) Big materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for
 
primary crushing.
 
2) After first crush, the material will transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush;
 
3)the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating.
 
4After separating, the parts that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other
 
parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined
 
and graded according to customers specific requirement.
 
5)We can also equip dust catcher system to protect environment
 
 
 
 The main machines of sand production line:
1) Jaw crusher
 
jaw crusher is usually used as primary crushing during the stone or sand processing, because it's high capacity, large opening and durable wearing parts, it's easy to maintain
 
 
 
 
2) Impact crusher 
 
impact crusher can be used as secondary crushing, it's the ideal choice for making building material, for it's finished mateterial with cubic shape and without interior cracks
 
 
 
 3) Cone crusher
 
cone crusher is widely used for the secondary crushing, because it's reliable working condition, but it's not easy to maintain if there is problem
 
  
 
4)  vertical shaft impact crusher ( sand making machine )
vertical shaft impact crusher is also called second generation sand making machine, it has high efficiency, can produce fine material, average size less than 5mm. it also widely used before ball mill during the mineral selecting processing.
 
 
 
5) Vibrating feeder and screen
 
they are necessary equipment during the sand or stone making processing. feeder is mainly used for well-proportioned sending raw material to jaw crusher, meanwhile, it can screen material primary. the screen is made according to the kinds of finished mateiral
 
6) Sand washer is always used to match with sand making machine to remove dust or impurity matter mixed in the sand. Sunway sand washer is classified into two types, LSX type and XSD type. LSX type is spiral sand washer while XSD type is wheel sand washer.
