The main components are made of high quality aluminum alloy which makes the product light weight, high strength and corrosion resistance. The power block uses hydraulic drive and the speed can be adjusted continuously. It is the ideal choice modern seiner hauling and network operation.
Haisun has worked to develop a vulcanizing process, which ensures that the rubber on the sheaves lasts long and wears evenly. Furthermore, the 20" 24" 29" 33" 36"& 38"42"blocks have the option of rubber vulcanized aluminum sheaves or aluminum sheaves with some ribbed aluminum type "A" .
Another option that is available for blocks of 24",33" and larger is a hydraulically activated press wheel system to provide smoother and more efficient handling of the net.
BTW series hydraulic seine blocks are made of fine material with strict processing and heat treatment technology.The quality is excellent.The housing and hub are made of high strengthened alloy aluminum which is strong and corrosion proofed.The surface of hub coated with fine rubber is shaped once with a special mould to ensure the accurate size, good-looking and durability.
