The NEW Induction Oven, composed of a control system and a drying furnace, is applied in drying water base compound in the production of basic shells/can bottom. The electromagnetic induction principle is utilized in heating aluminium or iron lids to vaporize the water in compound on lid edges, realize drying.
High Efficiency and Prominent Energy Saving: The electromagnetic induction principle is utilized the operatin of heating system and production of lid and feeding is synchronous, avoiding waste of energy sources during production halt and saving 50-80% of energy sources compared with the traditional mode;
Avoidance of Lid Scratches and Reduction of Equipment Failure: Lids are passed directly with simplified transport action. There is no transmission mechanism, avoiding lid scraches and reducing equipment failure;
Advanced Control System: Infrared temperature measuring and PID automatic control technology are adopted;
Temperature Regulation Function: Applicable to various manufacturing speed, water base compound with different moisture content and working environment with different temperatures and humidities;
Synchronous Heating and Lid Feeding: An induction device is at the oven enteance, synchronizing heating and lid feeding, realizing high-efficiency use of electric power and avoiding over-heating of lids during feeding halt and seared water base compound;
