WZ series of assembing type industrial thermal resistances are designed and produced according to IEC standard. They normally work as a temperature sensor. They are used together with temperature displays and controls to detect and control the temperature of gas, liquid or solid surface. The working range is from -200C to 800C. A WZ thermal resistance contains temperature sensor, fixing parts and junction box.
Insulation resistance
Instrument output terminals and the insulation resistance between the shell should be not less than 50.
Thermal response time
When the temperature step change occurs, the instrument output signal changes to the current step change equal to 50% of the time required, usually expressed as the temperature transmitter t0.5 step response settling time of less than thermocouple (resistance) thermal response and stable one-fifth of the time t0.5, then use the thermocouple (resistance) thermal response time as thermal response time of the instrument; When the temperature stability of the transmitter step thermal response time of less than thermocouple (resistance) and stable thermal response time t0.5 two points short, the thermal response time with temperature transmitters as a thermal response time of the instrument.
Basic error
Instrument should not exceed the basic error of the thermocouple (resistance) and the synthesis of the basic error of the temperature transmitter error
