2. Equipment Overview
Four-column hydraulic straightening machine is suitable for straightening,
processing kinds of steel pipes and cold extrusion molding metal parts.
This machine has independent power system and electrical system, adopt button centralized
control mode, with inching and semi-automatic function. In auto mode, can realize fast down, slow down, pressure maintaining , pressure relief and return stroke automatic cycle In inching mode, it can realize the action at each press a button, loosen the button to stop action.
Oil system uses cartridge valve system, equipped with large flow rate high pressure variable axial plunger pump, low noisy, small power loss and with slow system temp rise. Equipped with high-quality Rexroth electromagnetic directional valve, high accordingly, reliable and compact structure, no leakage. Equipped with fine and coarse two-stage filter, strictly control the oil clean degree, provide reliable working environment for the stable operation of the system. Pipeline is connected by high pressure hose tube, fully eliminate vibration and slow down the leakage possibility.
Electrical system adopts PLC semi-automatic control system, main circuit voltage according to user requirements. Electrical elements uses Siemens or Schneider product. Control voltage DC24V. Equipped with induction position switch, with pressure maintaining, pressure relief and time delay function, the time can be adjusted.
3. Equipment features:
1) Piston rod of the main engine uses high strength forging.
2) Columns and the piston rod have been treated by surface quenching and hard chromium
plating processing.
3) Motors, pumps, valves, electrical components, sealing components are all from industry well-known manufacturers with good and reliable quality.
4) Hydraulic, electrical and mechanical parts have a variety of safe and reliable protection.
5) Pipeline use high pressure hose connection, fully eliminate vibration, reduce
leak possibility.
6) The workbench adopts steel plate for welding, after tempering and artificial aging
treatment, with very high strength and stiffness, can ensure the stability and accuracy of the machine while working.
7) All cylinders are produced by our factory according to the national standard
(using national standard sealing element).
