2. Technical summarize
2.1 Water feeding pump
Requested access to the system's raw water has a stable flow and pressure, its purpose is to prevent water fluctuations have an impact on the system operation to ensure the stability of the raw water into the system.raw water was pressurized into the pretreatment system by water feeding pump. the system needs normal water consumption 4m ³ / h, pressure ≥ 0.3MPa.
 
2.2 Multi-media quartz sand filter
The use of multi-medium quartz sand filters, main purpose is to remove the water contains sediment, manganese, rust, colloid material, mechanical impurities, suspended solids and other particles in the above 20UM of substances hazardous to health. The effluent turbidity is less than 0.5NTU, CODMN less than 1.5mg / L, iron content of less than 0.05mg / L, SDI less than or equal to 5. Water filter is a kind of "physical - chemical" process, the water through granular materials when isolated filter water impurities and colloidal suspensions. Filter is an effective water purification and treatment of the main process in the preparation of pure water is an indispensable process.

2.3 Activated carbon filter
Activated carbon filters used to remove the pigment in the water, smell, a large number of chemical and biological organisms, reducing the residual value of water and pesticide pollution and other harmful pollutants. 2.4 Resin softener with resin generation system

2.5  5μ&1 u Micron filter
The function of Micron filter is to be retention of the particles larger than 5μ in order to prevent it from entering the reverse osmosis system. 2.6 RO system
This process is to remove salt from water by membrane separation technique.
Which include: high pressure pump, RO system and RO washing system.
2.6.1 High pressure pump
The role of high-pressure pump for reverse osmosis plant is to provide sufficient bulk water pressure to ensure the normal operation of reverse osmosis membrane.
According to the characteristics of reverse osmosis itself takes a certain impetus to overcome the osmotic pressure and other obstacles, in order to ensure that water reaches its design capacity. According to the configuration of reverse osmosis, calculated by special software, design temperature is 15 ºC, required by the inlet pressure of not less than 1.2MPa, taking into account the loss of the resistance of pipeline, designing high-pressure pump total pressure head of 1.3MPa.
2.6.2 RO System.

2.6.3 RO chemical washing system.
