1.Product Introduction
 
Super absorbent polymer (SAP) is a polymer material with good water absorption and water-holding capacity. It can absorb water up to several hundred times of its own weight, and turn into natural gel from within seconds. SAP can be mainly divided into three major categories which are Hygiene grade, Agriculture grade and Industry grade. The main uses of SAP are absorbing, retaining or to block liquid.

3.Application
 
 
1)  Diaper Core
 
Specification for baby diaper:
Free absorbent for distilled water ≥300g/g;
Saline absorption ≥55g/g( 0.9% NaCl)
Features: Strong water holding capacity, good flowability, high water absorbency under load, less extractables.
 
2) Sanitary Napkin
 
Specifications for sanitary napkin:
Free absorbent for distilled water ≥480g/g;
Saline absorption ≥55g/g( 0.9% NaCl)
Features: Fast absorbing speed, high water absorbency under load, anti-cakes. Strong water retention capacity with well distributed particles.
 
4. Packing and Storage

1)      20kg or 25kg kraft bags for small packages
2)      Ton bags for largerpackages
3)      Stack on the pallet (optional)
4)      Loading in 20 ft container (16 tons with pallet/18 tons without pallet)
