The device has an integrated function: it can integrate the anoxia tank, MBR biological reaction tank, sludge tank, clean water reservoir and equipment operation room into a big box (only 1/3-1/2 of the size of that in the traditional technology). This device can be transported to the location of the disposed target and make large scale disposal directly instead of secondary construction.
The device integrates the sewage treatment with water purification process into it. This device can be buried in shallow underground or placed on the ground surface. Nearly no sludge will be generated and have no influence on the surrounding environment when making disposal. It is featured by good operation effect, high reliability, stable effluent quality and low operating costs.
This equipment has high shock loading resistance, pollutant removal rate and nitrification ability when processing municiple sewage, and can process nitrification and denitrification at the same time, integrating the functions of phosphorus removal and denitrification. It is very suitable for disposing municipal sewage and decentralized sewage and can meet different water quality demands of different users. The effluent can be both reclaimed and discharged directly (meeting the discharge standards).
Clear water disinfection pond is equiped with new eco-friendly active ion material filler, which can not only sterilize but also remove the heavy-metal ion in the water. The water quality can be improved dramatically by avoiding the problem of secondary pollution caused by washing and disinfection and reducing the heavy metal concentration of the effluent water.
The aeration pipe of the membrane biological reaction tank falls into two ways, one is for the aeration of surrounding activated sludge and the other is for the aeration of the membrane film of the membrane module. Its advantage is to make the membrane film flap each other with the scouring force generated from the aeration to the membrane film. In this case, the calcification sludge attached on the surface of the fenestra can be shaked off, which enhance the membrane flux greatly and prolong the service life membrane and lower the operation costs consequently
