Ring die feed pellet mill is suitable for large farms, feed factory, organic fertilizer factory, herbal medicine and chemical industry etc.
The raw materials are food crop, contain straw, peanuts shell, alfalfa, cotton seed shell etc, and can mix with all kinds of powder materials. Raw material moisture must be 15%-18% before granulating .The machine merit is compact structure, good appearance, high yield, less consumption, used convenient, performance reliable, etc.
Our factory has ring dies with diameter of 1.5, 2, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12mm. Users can choose the right sizes according to their different request.

*****Requirements for raw materials of feed pellet mill
Size: Less than 5mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going
to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet.
If too high, or too low, you need to dry or moisture them first.
Raw Materials: crushed corn straw, sawdust, plant waste, bamboo powder, grass, sunflower stalk, straw, rice husk, forestry waste, wood chips, chemical waste and ect. If too big, better to be crushed and grinded before pelletized.
