AgriGo Ltd. specializes in the design, supply and installation of broiler building equipment based on the best available systems manufactured by leading companies in the field. All the equipment is custom tailored to the client's requirements. The sequential steps in the 1. design process are as follows: - Clear definition of the client's needs, requirements and capabilities, based on a thorough study of local conditions, including the type of bird, population densities, marketing weights, the possible alternatives, working methods, the cost of labor and more
- Characterization of the systems required, including: Ventilation, heating, cooling, climate control, feeding, feed silos, drinking water and the supply of water, light and electricity
- For breeder layers it shall also be necessary to characterize the systems used to collect, sort and package eggs.
- An outline plan and cost estimates are drawn up based on the characterizations
- Approval for the plans and the budget, followed by the drawing up of detailed plans and bills of quantity for the execution stage
2. The planning approach is open and highly creative, because AgriGo has a very broad range of solutions for all types of local conditions: - Negative pressure ventilation, using extraction fans with varying sizes, flow characteristics and durability
- NC and NO air entries, balanced in terms of insulation, design and size with integrated, professional opening and closing systems
- Air circulation systems with or without up/down and right / left movement
- Heating using space heaters, with or without air circulation and pipe radiators designed especially for bird houses. Sometimes, clients explicitly request brooders for pullets
- Internal cooling using sprinklers or mist nozzles and/or outside cooling systems using wet pads / spray grilles
- Climate control from the best manufacturers adapted to suit the level of automation required by the client (upgradeable) along with external communications
- Simple, easy to maintain and operate water systems, including emergency tanks, filtering, regulation, water metering and medication dosing systems
- Silo with a wide range of volumes / heights and with or without pneumatic filling, including a ladder and safety cage
- Feed line with a diameter of 75mm - 90mm, including funnels and safety protection systems. Controlled drops only in buildings for breeding layers and pullets, which receive a pre-determined quantity of feed
- Simple, reliable electrical systems, providing status indications and control of all the electrical systems in the building, either manually, or using an automatic climate controller
- Different feeding and watering systems are supplied for each type of extension house:
Broiler Pullets - Feeding using plastic pans on 45mm auger lines.
- Nipple drinkers with or without trays, including optional adjustment for angled floors.
- Lighting using PL / EL bulbs, providing white light or a combination with blue / green light, including optional dimming and controlled lighting regimes.
Broiler Breeders - Plastic pan feeders on fast ring lines or 45 mm auger lines or a chain feeder.
- Males are provided with a line of reinforced pans.
- Bell drinkers or as selected by the client, specialist breeder nipple drinkers
- Lighting using PL / EL bulbs, providing white light, including optional dimming and controlled lighting regimes.
Buildings for Broiler Breeder Rearing - Plastic pan feeders on fast ring lines on 45mm auger lines or a chain feeder.
- Bell drinkers or as selected by the client, specialist breeder nipple drinkers
- Lighting using PL / EL bulbs, providing white light, including optional dimming and controlled lighting regimes.
3. The transition to the implementation stage - Shipping, installation and delivery shall be accomplished according to the stage by stage plan and timetable specifically designed for the project's economic and logistical needs: - Receipt of the buildings after completion of the walls and surroundings for the beginning of work
- Parallel work by outside and inside equipment installation teams and an electrical installation team.
- Careful installation of the equipment according to a pre-determined work program with accompanying technical literature
- Close supervision of all installation work
- Running in for all the systems, final adjustments and delivery after training for the client
- It usually takes some two weeks to complete installation of all the equipment for the building
The result - A fully equipped, broiler extension building ready for immediate use and continuous use for many years, with highly competitive operating and maintenance costs! |
