The HG-WSB60 is a fully automtic production line for the wafer stick, egg roll stick products. Below are the key features of this machine:
1. Fully automatic production line, only one worker is needed to operate the machine
2. Flexible energy source, can use either natural gas, liquid gas, or electricity to power the machine
3. Various shape and size availabe. Customer can make many different styles of wafer stick by using the sigle machine. The length, diameter, and color, or even the shape (pillow-shaped wafer stick) can be controlled by the machine
4. Mature technolgy and easy using method
5. Good quality for decade's using. The machine is made of stainless steel, strong and safe for LNG using.
6. Low consumption, high output. It only use ~40 kgs/h gas, or 10KW/hour electricity. The capaticy is 30(hollow) - 60(filled) kgs/h.
The main procedures of the machine can be summerized as following:
1. Mixing - to mix the raw material to a suitable condition. Here are normally two different mixer, one for the flour and dough, the ther one for the center filling materials, such as chocolate jam, peanut jam, etc.
2. Feeding - feed the material to the oven. The thickness and width will be strictly controlled
3. Baking - using gas or electicity to bake the roll.
4. Roll up and cutting - roll the baked skin up and then cut them into demanded length, the length could be 3 - 16cm. Customer size is also available
5. Cooling and packing - cool down the wafer stick on our converyor, and pack them into bags by the pillow packing machine.
We offer fully assistance for installing, testing, and worker training at clients' side. All the machines are 12 months warranty guaranteed. Our factory has passed the IS9001: 2000 SYSTEM and we aslo have CQC and CE for this machine.
The machine will be firstly be packed into strong wooden case, and then load in one 20ft container.
