1. Feed filling system
We have two scheme, one is feed silo ; one is feed pit hopper

2. Broiler Pan Feeding Line System
 
(1). Broiler pan feeder
14 grids design, wave or flat bottom
  Made by copolymerization PP (engineering plastics), low fat soluble, plus ourself patent nostrum, to keep best tenacity and uvioresistant.
  National Practicability patent number: 200920162649.8 and 200920161606.8
  Adjustable feed level, from one day old chick to adult broilers.

(2). Hot galvanized steel feed pipe
The pipe diameter is 45mm.
3 meter/ piece    0.75m/hole (so the pan feeder distance is 0.75m)
 
(3). Feed auger
 
The auger external diameter is 36mm / internal diameter is 20mm / patch is 40mm.
The feed auger made by carbon steel, durable and strong. No welding spot, coreless.
Germany imported technology and produce line, not South Africa auger .Goldenest is the only one professional manufacturer in China!
 
(4). Drive motor with reduction box
0.75 Kw/3 Pha / 60Hz  / 380V or 220V ,All technology along international standard.
 
(5). Feed hopper
 30kg capacity. Made by hot galvanized steel. Lifting with feeding line together.
 The feed delivery from silo to feeding line hopper, then delivery to every pan feeder by feed auger under the motor's drive.
 
(6). Feed sensor / lifting winch / steel wire and parts
 
 The sensor install in endest feeder of feeding line, to control feed fill or stop, when the feeder empty or full.
 The winch install in roof beam, hang the feeding and drinking lines, keep lifting.
 
3. Chicken Nipple Drinking Line System

(1). Drinker nipple with drip cup

Easy to install and self-clean.

Water regulator: ensure the balance of water
Pressure control system: control the water pressure, keep best ideal for poultry.
Filtering system: ensure the cleaness of water.
Water metering system: clear to meter and show the quantity of water.

4. Ventilation fan system
 
  Install 6 set 50' Centrifugal Box-Fan in the end of your poultry house for 12m width. The size is 1380mm*1380mm*450mm. The capacity is 43080 M3/h.
  Install 2 set 36' Centrifugal Box-Fan in one side wall of your poultry house.
The size is 1000mm*1000mm*450mm. The capacity is 20800M3/h.
  The 50' Centrifugal Box-Fan use for negative pressure suction, work with cooling pad, to cool the poultry house temperature and keep clear airflow.
  The 36' Centrifugal Box-Fan use for aeration for poultry house.
  Hot galvanized steel body, stainless steel blades.
5. Cooling pad system
 
Total install 48 square meter cooling pad.
Every side wall install 24 square meter. Every side wall cooling pad area is 1.8m height, 13.35 m length, 150mm width.
Every pieces cooling pad paper size is 1800mm*600mm*150mm. 7090 Type.
 
The cooling pad paper made by 100% fiber paper and pure glue.
For 600mm width , we put 85 pieces paper.
Also include the Aluminium alloy frame, PVC water pipe, water pump and filter.

  Total install 66 set air inlet window ,every side wall install 33 set .
The air inlet window size is 270mm*560mm, the distance is 3m.
  Also include two opening winch and finxing parts ,to control the window open and closed.
 
  The environment control system is :  T607 , 8 stages.
Include the environment controller, 2 temperature sensor , 1 alarm device ,Electric Control box 1 and Electric Control 2 .
