Shandong Yuanfengg Rubber Technology Co.,Ltd, formerly Weifang Zhenfu Industry & Trade Co.,Ltd that found in 2010 and mainly produced and sold off-the-road tires, mine tires, ruck tires and etc. In the past 5years, our company have developed into one of the modern production enterprise that are the fastest growth companies through standardization of both production and management system as well as the perfect marketing channels.
In 2014, our company, according to the domestic and international market demand and the development tendency of radial tires , combining with its own conditions, invested nearly 5 billion RMB to found a radial tires enterprise named Shandong Yuanfeng Rubber Technology Co.,Ltd covering 660,000 square meters. The company is the first company in Gaomi that taking the high and new technology as locomotive and integrated all the factors of high-grade design, R&D,production and import&export trade.
Our company project construction plan can be divided into two phases.The first phase is 2 million all-steel truck radial tires and the second phase is 12 million high-performance sedan tires. After the two projects completely achieved the production targets, the annual sales revenue of the company will be over 5 billion RMB.
Our company adheres to the ideas of high starting point, high quality and high standard.In the aspect of technology, we have es tablished Scientific Research Center and built a R&D team and also paid high salaries to hire domestic experienced talents for specializing in the design, R&D and innovation of the full-steel and semisteel radial tires. In the aspect of production, we have introduced advanced production and testing equipment both from domestic and abroad. At the same time, we have adopted the tire production technique from PERELLI in Italy. In the aspect of management, we have used the ERP system to control the process from material purchase, manufacturing technique to tire marketing and after-sale service, thus realizing the use of modern control system, which is a firm foundation for the company to take steps to the development of collectivization and internationalization.

Established in 2010, Shandong Yuanfeng Rubber Technology Co., Ltd is a professional tire supplier in China, specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of off-the-road tires, mine tires, truck tires and among other types of tires. As business grows rapidly over the past five years, Yuanfeng Rubber has built up standardized production and management system and a complete network of marketing channels as ways to emerge to be one of the most modernized tire suppliers in China.
In 2014, the leadership made a critical yet foresighted decision with vital concerns for the company, after fully grasping market supply and demand situation and the development trend of radial tires along with its own strengths. The year witnessed an investment, of approximate 5 billion yuan with an area of 1000 mu (equals to 67 hectares), on the establishment of a high-tech-oriented radial tire manufacturer- Shandong Yuanfeng Rubber Technology Co., Ltd., which is integrated with the design, R&D, production and import and export of premium tires.
The scheme is composed of 2 million sets of all steel radial truck tires in the phase I and 12 million sets of high-performance semi-steel car tires in the phase II. When the two-phase project comes into operation, its annual production capacity will reach up to 7 billion yuan by its value.
