Introduction:
This type of cutting machine is specially designed for pipe industry with high speed and full-automatic laser cutting. The cutting procedures include automatic feeding, fixed-length servo feeding, automatic cutting and waste materials separation from end to end. Those complete procedures are controlled by computer and finished automatically. This machine can meet the demands of cutting and special-shaped processing for circular pipes and square pipes with smooth joint-cutting, no need follow-up treatment, fine processing and can achieve some special procedures that can't be finished by normal methods. It can save 70% labor cost and refueling time. Effectively decrease production waste, strengthen productivity and increase profits.

2.It can be used for cutting cylinder intersecting line in branch pipe end, meet the requirements of eccentric and non-eccentric intersection vertically and obliquely between main pipe and branch pipe
3. It can cut out multiply different directions and different diameters cylinder intersecting line holes, meet the requirements of eccentric and non-eccentric intersection vertically between main pipe and branch pipe.
4. It can cut out square holes, waist-shaped holes, various angles of bevel face and the branch pipe intersecting line end which is intersected with annular main pipe.
5. Particular claw-set design can implement the quick adjustment of different pipes to achieve high precision precuts while processing.
6. Servo feeding system and floating-type claw feeding structure can avoid the surface scratch of materials, and control accurately to make the feeding accuracy reach ±0.05mm.
7. It is equipped with hydraulic fixture, cutting fixture and servo feeding fixture which can fix cutting pipe simultaneously to make sure the stability of pipe while cutting and improve the smooth and precision of cutting face.
8. Smooth joint-cutting, nice cutting effect, high-lever which are not implemented by numerical control punch machine
