Payment terms&Shipping

1. Sample order, Small order, we accept payment via T/T, Western Union.

2. Bulk order:  30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment.

3. After your payment,we could send out the goods within 15 days,  if out of stock,need to wait more time,but we will inform you before your payment. For Bulk order, it'll take 20-30 days for production.
 

4. Considering the security, we recommend DHL, FEDEX, UPS, (EMS only for Russia), which only take 4-7 days delivery time, EMS 5 days around longer.

2. Customized packing carton or our nice designed new export neutral cartons. Order up to one container, can do 1-2 color logo on cartons. All products well packed for you.

 Instructions

Before installation, Please read carefully the product specification to make sure the operating environment conforming to the conditions.
Turn off the switch before connecting to the power.
Lamps and lanterns should be installed by a qualified electrician, wiring connection should conforming to the IEE electrical standards or national standards ;
This product is suitable for outdoor use ;
Please do not make the lamp working under the condition of voltage too high or too low for a long time, which will affect the function of normal use and products' lifespan ;
Do not install the lamp inside flammable objects, Keep off the lamp with thermal insulation material at any time.
Cut off the power when cleaning, replacing, or installing the lamp  to ensure the personal safety;
In case malfunction (such as self-extinguishing or flashing) happenes, please check if the connecting plug and power supply working normal, replace with a new light if there is no problem with the connecting plug and power supply;
Cut off the power before cleaning the lamp! Please do not use any chemical agent, it may discoloration or damage the lamps. Use the soft cloth with soapsuds first,  then clean up with dry cloth.
Do not take apart the product yourself, to avoid damage any internal components. Take apart any components may void the warranty.

1, Under the terms of this warranty, if the products have a failure occurs
under normal usage within warranty period, Taiding Light will provide free 
new products based on the proof-documents
2, If Failure or damage due to incorrect operation, wire connection, or
anything other do not follow our instruction, Taiding Light will provide 
paid maintains within warranty period.
