Twin Screw Core-Filling Extrusion food machine is a relatively new technology to the snack food industry. In this process, two different materials are extruded from one die. This process can produce a snack with two different flavors. The most common snack produced by co-extrusion is a cereal-based outer tube with a cheese filling inside. The outer cereal tube can be in different shapes like pillow, triangle, round cereal bar, elipse cereal bar, triangle cereal bar. The core filled materials are usually chocolate, scream, peanut butter, etc
