Description:Amuvatinib (MP-470) is a potent and multi-targeted inhibitor of c-Kit, PDGFRα and Flt3 with IC50 of 10 nM, 40 nM and 81 nM, respectively.
Application:MP-470 acts on LNCaP and PC-3, DU145 cells instead, toxic, IC50 4 μM, respectively and 8 μM, and 10 μM in at a little proliferation. MP-470 (10 μM) effect on LNCaP cells, the cell cycle arrest in G1 and reduced Akt and ERK1 / 2 phosphorylation. [4] MP-470 (10 μM) acting on the SF767 cells, inhibition of c-Met phosphorylation, and the cells sensitive to radiation.
