Four roller hydraulic rolling machine is used for rolling certain plates into the form of drum and arc. The machines are widely used in the industries of petroleum, chemical, cement, shipyard, boiling, aviation, water conservation and important electricity transmission tower.

Reliable quality-The material of the upper roller is 42CrMo, HB260-300, comply with JB/ZG4289-86 roll steel standards
Easy: The four roller rolling machine is widely recognized as the fastest and most precise type and is easily operated. The back roller can be used as a baffle. The leveling for the sheet can be easily operated with only one person.
Accurate and high efficiency-CNC control bring convinience for operation with high efficiency, and more secure for the operator. After coiling the round barrel, then coil for the edge. It can form the plates once for the round barrel.
Safety: After leveling, the top roller and central lower roller will clamp tightly the sheet, the operation for pre-bending and rolling are quietly easy. The sliding of the plate can be well avoided.
Low room consumption-After the pre-bending for the plates, the coiling for the barrel with required diameter can be realized. Because only need one side to feed the plates, this means the operation room for the machine can be greatly reduced.
Reducing Production Cost- Less worker will be needed to operate this machine, since it work automatically.
