2. Material--Wood: Indonesia camphor wood/ Italia beech / WPC(Plastic wood)/Chinese wood / antiseptic wood
Material-- Steel: Common steel or 201/304/316 stainless steel/Cast iron/Cast aluminum alloy
3. About the quality and craft:
A. Laser to cut, digital punching for steel if needs to ensure its appearance size very standard.
B. Steel surface antiseptic treatment, we have 7 different ways for choosing. Pls see below pics for ref.
Firstly, we will remove the oil and rust by high temperation, shot blasting, then spray rich zinc powder and outdoor powder coating by electrostatic spraying, so that its anti-corrosion performance becomes more stronger and not easy to rust and fade. The uselife will be longer, commonly it can be used more than 10 years about.
C. Zinc rich powder and outdoor polyester powder are supplied by the world top 500 enterprises --- Akzo Nobel COM. The color is not easy to fall off and fade. It is environmental and have no pungent smell.
Or you can choose other brand powder like DuPont or Tiger powder coating.

D. About our wood material, we use camphor wood imported from Indonesia, which has straight texture, no oil nodes, high density & hardness, not changeful form, not easy to cracking, strong wear resistance and anti-corrosion, prevent ultraviolet ray, resistant to decay and damanged by insects etc.
And we will spray outdoor environmental painting for 3 times.
E. Or you can choose WPC wood (plastic wood).
