HDLW12TNC- ACR-Down 4 roller hydraulic cone rolling machine is combined international advanced technology with our unique specialties. It is designed for making conical tube, with high efficiency, low power consumption, and easy to operate. This machine can work automatically to finish a conical steel tube with low straight edge length.
It is very integrated which enables easy maintenance. Numerical device shows the vertical movement of the lower roller and the arc movement of the side rollers, which makes the machine more accurate and more easy for operation. The side oil cylinder controls the overturn and reset of the upper roller overturn frame, and also the balance of the upper roller, which makes it more convenient to take out the finished product.
Reliable quality-The material of the rollers is 42CrMo, HB260-300, comply with JB/ZG4289-86 roll steel standards
