This Phenolic Aldehyde Insulation sandwich Wallboard is an New-style insulating material reinforced with backboard designed to provide excellent thermal & heat resistance, fire & sound insulation for a wide range of decoration requirements.

1. Excellent decorativeness and weather-ability
Our board is pre-coated by fluoro-carbon (FC), it is not only an over 25-years' service term which has been proved by the artificial accelerated ageing test, as the fluoro-carbon's excellent weather-ability, but also a high level decorativeness, which looks like the same as aluminum plate\rock\wooden and so on.
2. Revolutionary Fire-protection inspecting
We use Grade-A incombustible materials making the front panel, backing and reinforcing rib, meanwhile the insulating board adopt other incombustible materials, such as, the phenolic aldehyde, the CSR's Grade-Al fire-protection rock wool from Australia, the DOW's XPS heated board from USA in the system etc^ we also introduce the sealing system and branch-warehouse conception into the board to cut off the fire and transmission of heat (this method first created by us) so as to achieve a revolutionary effect on fire-protection.
3. Excellent energy saving and thermo insulating effect
The CSR's Grade-Al fire-protection rock wool from Australia and the DOW's XPS heated board from USA guaranteed our products' excellent energy saving and thermo insulating effect, which can guarantee an over 65%'s energy saving.

Most working processes has been done in the factory, which makes the construction much easier in site operation and less demanding in weather condition, that greatly avoid the problems, such as, project schedule, quality, safety. The construction term has been reduced over a half, which brings a huge potential value for our customers.
