Perforated Metals are sheets of steel, aluminum, stainless steel or specialty alloys that are punched with round, square or ornamental holes in a uniform pattern. Popular sheet thickness of perforated metals ranges from 26 gauge through 1/4" plate (thicker plates are available on special order). Common hole sizes range from. 020 to 1" and greater.

Sheet metal fabrication includes product developing, designing, issuing engineering drawings and then fabrication.
These will be finished via laser cutting, CNC punching, Tapping, Pressing bolt, CNC machining, CNC bending, welding, riveting, polishing, powder coating, electroplating, anodizing, silkscreening, then assembly.
The processes will be done by related machines. We have Motorum 2048 NCT punching machine and AMADA CNC bending machines, Laser Cutting Machine, also stamping machines from 40-180T.
