Vacuum aluminum brazing furnace
Used for vacuum brazing of the aluminum alloy, such as radiator, cooler, plate-fin heat exchanger, and waveguide parts etc. It adopts multi-zone automatic heating controlling system, temperature uniformity can be± 3 degree, it can ensure high vacuum degree during brazing base on the high pumping speed vacuum system, and the ultimate vacuum degree can be 10-4PA. Independent external cycle forcing cooling system can be chosen base on purchaser's require, can shorten cooling time and greatly improve the productivity. Our company developed series large vacuum brazing furnace form 2003 to satisfy brazing aluminum plate heat exchanger, the maximum effective working dimension can be 1.2m x 1.2m x 1.0m, the loading capacity can be 1.8 t. This series vacuum brazing furnace divide heating zone scientifically, use work-pieces' temperature as auxiliary judgment condition, through computer artificial intelligence control algorithm to control temperature automatically. It can realize automatic brazing genuinely. Controlling system hardware choose redundant DCS (distribution control system) such as SIMENS S7-400 and Honeywell HC900, can greatly prove controllability and reliability
