Our filter tube production line is manufactured by the French cigarette filter tube manufacturing machine brand, Decoufle(SH3, MAX-DT and HPD Packaging unit, 2013) with the latest version. Our cigarette paper is supplied from German fine paper manufacturer Julius Glatz GmbH. Additionally our tipping paper is supplied from an Austrian Company Tann Papier GmbH. By utilizing HB Fuller's expertise in cigarette manufacturing adhesives, in all our processes HB Fuller's Glues (cigarette paper, side seam and even at carton hotmelt gluing) are used.
We're also producing our filters on our own with two filter machines using well known Celanese brand Acetate Tow and highest quality filter plug wrap paper from OP Papirna, a fine paper manufacturing division of Delfort Group. Triacetine used to plasticize the tow, is the food grade biological compound which is manufactured in UK Tennants Fine Chemicals. so our filter tube is the best qulity for cigarette.
