Work Bench & Work Station
HLD company supply different ranges of work bench, work station, which is widely used in industry. Multi-function design can meet most of customers' requirements. Modular design make our work bench and work station convenient assembly.
We have Light model, medium model, heavy-duty model for your choice. Average loading capacity for light type is 100~200kg, medium type 400~500kg, heavy-duty type 1000kg.
We have 7 different kinds of desktop for your choice.
(1). Composite desktop is strong, solid durable, good resistance to water, acids, alkalis and adhesion. (2). Beech wooden desktop is strong and heavy duty. Beech wooden desktop is the most suitable for installation of bench screw.
(3). Oak plywood desktop has smooth surface and it's good resistance to deformation.
(4). Flameproof desktop is light, wear-resisting. It's widely used in Light industry and electronic industry. (5). Stainless steel surface desktop is solid and durable. Good resistance to acids and alkalis. The most suitable for acids-base work environment.
(6). Steel surface desktop is hard, durable and wear-resisting. It's suitable for factory using.
(7). Anti-Static desktop, resistivity of our anti-static desktop reaches 106 ~ 108 Ω /cm2. It's widely used in electronic industry.

Taking an area of 170, 000 sq. ft plant we have more than 15 automatic racking production lines, 10 sets Computerized Numerical Control machine, 7 sets semi-automated Carbon Dioxide welding machine and 2 sets of fully automated welding robot and also equipped with the advanced powder coated line which takes an area of 45, 000 sq. ft.
