Installation and maintenance
Installation Note
Position
(1) Ample space, convenient for pransportation and installation
(2) Convenient for discharging and cleaning tramp iron
(3) Convenient for the installation of track
(4) Prefer to install over the head of belt conveyor, where materials are tossed or over the touch roll near driving roller
Manners
(1)Inclined installation
1. Magnetic separator is mounted over the head pulley parallel to the material flow. The driving roller is at the lower position. Obliquity is 15° -30° . S=R
2. If set in the upwardly-inclined position of conveyor, the magnetic separator need to perpendicular to the belt conveyor. Obliquity α Is the same with the conveyor, but α Max<18°
(2) Horizontal installation
