1. Design and feature of
vacuum setWhen user need higher vacuum and pumping speed, we need use vacuum pump and roots pump together, we called it vacuum group. Roots pump can't pumping atmosphere long time, so we need adopt vacuum pump as backing pump. Roots pump pumping air from air inlet to exhaust port, then vacuum pump pumping air from exhaust port to atmosphere.
JZJX vacuum group use a special connection structure to make roots pump and vacuum pump work as a system to make the vacuum group work more efficiently, JZJX vacuum group with a compact design to save the use space.
Roots pump and vacuum pump work together can highly improve the pumping speed and limited vacuum.
The by pass valve inside Roots pump(WAU1001) can let the whole system start at same time, also can start separately. So it shorter the start time, improve the work efficient. Also can avoid the vacuum pump damaged by wrong operation. Detail operation please see the roots pump(WAU1001)operation manual.
The air valve in vacuum pump can remove the Condensable gas in the vacuum system and roots pump. So can make the vacuum group work longer time. Detail information please see the vacuum pump(SV300)operation manual.
The Oil mist filter can reduce the pollution.
