Here the following is the note for the accessories funcation and quantity calculation.
1. Generally about 1.0square meter in one blank. The frame and the panels quantity is 1.6: 1.0, which means one square of panels need about 1.60 meter alu Square tube as frame materials.

The continuos angle used to connect the key alu square tube and the wall together and compose into the frame. One meter of frame need about the size
40*40*30*3mm one pcs. The anchor bolt is two times quantity as this parts.
2. One square meter or panels need about one corner lock. The corner used to strength the panels folded corner avoide break.
3. One continuos angle fix one expansion bolt. One pcs of alu angle fix one screw and two alu pop rivet used to connect with the panels.
4. One meter of frame need about one meter of backer rod and dispart paper. The dispart paper used to separate the panels and the silicon sealant.
The dispart paper keep the panels clean and no silicon sealant adheisive on the panels.
5. One bottle of 300L silicon sealant could fill 4~5meters of frame gape.
6. The above quaotation is suitable for install 1500sqm of panels.
