Solving the deflection error: Applying pre-designed digital mode and algorithm, digital truck scale can automatically perform corner-adjustment, zero compensation, and linearity correction, solving deflection problem and effect of temperature and time drifts, which minish error of weighing system, and greatly improve the stability and reliability of truck scale.

Avoid cheating: Code protection applied in digital signal during its transmission, preventing the remote control of truck scale by persons who disobey, and avoiding the cheating.

Platform of Digital Truck Scale
The platform of digital truck scale developed by our company is the fourth generation, which adopts the design of several U-beam made from cold-bent channel steel. The beams are welded separately and sealed up, which greatly improves the rigidity, anti-distortion, anti-bending, and partial pressure resistance of weighbridge. Digital truck scale is widely used in places such as plant, mining area, terminal, goods yard, and warehouse.
