Closed loop control system formed by Laser cutting head, Automatic tracking system and professional laser cutting machine CNC software ensure a quick respond and high accuracy cutting experience. When cutting a bumpy surface materail, laser head will give signal to automatic tracking system and then software will give command directly to laser head to perform cutting, and automatic tracking system will send respond to software to make sure cutting accuracy.
Efficiency improved designs:
Automatic lifter on machine bed, can lift the materail up, you can slide the material, dont need to carry it up to place it.
Automatic oil supply system, can provide lubricate oil to machine bed at the set time automatically.
Automatic collecting system, can transfer the workpiece automatically to the collect drawer, dont need to collect the workpiece manually.
High quality driveline system formed by Panasonic servo motor driver and TBi guild rail and ball screw.
Advanced Japanese Panasonic A5 series servo motors are used. It automatic compensation the path of cutting and ensure the cutting precision.
