HG /2HSeries Rotary Piston Vacuum Pumps
Rotary Piston Vacuum Pump is suitable for pumping air and other ordinary gases, and it can pump a few of condensable gases when a gas ballast valve is used. The pump needs to be fitted with appropriate accessories if the pumped gas is rich in oxygen, explosive, corrosive to ferrous metal and chemical reactive with vacuum pump oil. HGL, HG pump can be used independently or as a backing pump combined with other high vacuum pump, such as diffusion pump and roots pump. Rotary piston vacuum pump is widely used in the industries of vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum impregnation, vacuum smelting, vacuum drying, molecular distillation, aviation and aerospace simulation testing.
HG Pump Characters:
1. Ultimate high vacuum pressure to reach 0.3pa.
2. With four national patents:
A. Rotary piston guide gap with automatic compensation device;
B. Oil way throttle device;
C. Small oil tank oil-leakage-proof.
3. No oil leakage for the shaft seal.

2H Pump Characters:
1. Optimized design with two cylinders to be easily overhauled.
2. With side lid to be easily clean for long and short cylinders.
3. Long and short cylinders oil way with automatic control, no need worker to close the inlet oil valve when the machine stops.
4. Bearing moves outside to make it longer working life.
5. Shaft is protected with shaft sleeve to avoid abrasion.
6. Pump has small vibration and low noise.
