Introduction of the feed pellet machine:
Ring die feed pellet machine is an ideal pelletizing machine for high quality feed pellets. Before pelletizing, grains such as corn, wheat, rice and soybean etc. Need to be crushed into powder. Also they should be mixed throughly with a mixer since other additives may be added to ensure a balanced feed formulation. The Feed Pellet Machine have a smooth surface and easy to digest.
Therefore ring die feed pellet machine is widely adopted by livestock farm, poultry farm, fishpond, feed processing industry and aquaculture. (cattle, pig, sheep, horse, chicken, duck, goose, rabbit, fish and so on)
Common size of the feed pellet:
1. For chicken, pellet diameter: Ø 3.2mm.
2. For pig, the pellet diameter: Ø 3.5-6.5mm.
3. For cattle, the pellet diameter: Ø 4.5-8mm.
4. For fish, pellet diameter: Ø 2.0, ø 2.5, ø 3.0mm.
5. For shrimps, pellet diameter: Ø 1.0-ø 3.5mm.
