Features of sandwich panel production line
1. The decoiler is with hydraulic feeding car, the bearing capcacity is 5T, 7.5T, 10T.
2. There will add the film covering machine to protect the panel surface from scratch.
3. We could design the roll forming machine according to ur panels drawings, and the line could produce the different shape and usage sandwich panel, such as the wall panel
, roof pamel, garage door panel and cold room panels. The material of rollers are with superior material and processing to ensure the quality.
4. The width of finished panel could be adjusted from 435mm to 1150mm.
5. The length of double belt machine is 18-36M, it is according to ut requirement for the producing speed of whole line. The adjustable thickness could up to 200mm.
6. Auto tracking cuting is with band saw and circular saw, so that the interface of roof panel also could be cutting. The cutting length is according to ur request.
7. The stacker also could stacking the roof panel that with corrugated by overturning the panels.
8. There will be setted with cushion blocks inserting device to make the carrying of forklift.
