Oolong Tea
It is a kind of semin-fermented tea with strong taste of black tea and delicate fragrance of green tea. Produced from larger more mature leaves, during processing the leaves are shaken and then left several times to "bruise" the edges of the leaves. This causes the edges of the leaves to take on a brown or red color, while the middle of the leaves stays green. The name "green leaf with red edging" is called after that.
How to brew it?
It needs to be brewed by high temperature water. The tea color shows orange, and it tastes mellow and sweet with natural elegant milk fragrance. At the first time of brewing, u will smell the warm fragrance. At the second time, u should smell the tea fragrance, and the third time, the fragrance will last long.
