1.Manual powder coating booth used in the factory which small-scale and required production capacity is low,so they choose manual powder coating booth and manual electrostatic powder coating machine to deal with the workpiece. After it ,need workers downloading the workpiece from the booth and uploading it to the curing oven.During the process need more workers to operation in the whole powder coating line.
2.Semi-automatic powder coating booth used in semi-automatic types powder coating line.which use the cycle chain through the powder coating booth and heating tunnel.Deal with the workpiece will be use manual powder coating machine to spray the powder and chain automatic transport the workpiece with a suitable speed cross the heating tunnel.This type powder coating booth with high production capacity and saving labor costs.
3.Automatic powder coating booth use the full automatic operation.just need workers deal with uploading and downloading workpiece.if deal with baroque workpiece it need one or two workers to supplementary spray at the end of the coating booth. All spray process in coating booth will be operate by automatic reciprocating engine. Automatic powder coating booth with the fastest output and the highest cost savings.but it also with a strict requirements for the factory's space.
