A: It will take you very shot time to assemble. Delivery can be completely builet-in, electricity and water plumbing system could be well installed, ready to hook-up local supply system.

A: It will be shipped as SOC(shipper's own container) to your port and it's completely knocked down packed into shipping container to your port.
