1. The conveyance is stable and reliable, it adopts the bottle belt to synchronously track, control with the main machine to carry out joint control of equipment on upstream and downstream so that the bottle will not fall, be clipped or blocked druing the conveyance process
2. The structure of conveyor belt is modularized design, the components have strong interchangeability, compact structure, small noise and easy installation and reparing, combination can be made according to different capacities and bottle types, possessing great flexibility.
3. The design of electric control is advanced and reasonable. In order to avoid the bottles impact each other during the conveyance process, especially in the high-speed line, interlocked control is adopted between the bottle belts for easy control and interchanging. It can control the deliversity of proximity switch, photoelectric tube, sensor and control methods of the original components, and submit feasible control methods according to different requirements on plane design so as to reach the purpose of stable conveyance
4. According to the layout of the conveyor system or the client`s demand, the position of control switch can be reasonably set, easy for the users to operate.
5. Mian structural parts are all stainless steel materials (SUS304).

7. The trough of the conveyance belt is made by using stainless steel with thickness specifications>1mm
8. Lubriant water-saving tank is provided on the whole line. The material used is stainless steel with thickness specifications>1.0mm, which has guaranteed the intergrity of the device, and make the lubricant be effectively recycled.
