First layer
Egg box faced polyurethane foam, it is self-extinguishing and offers good sound absorbing qualities over a wide range of frequencies, which can reduce audible noise transmitted through solid pipe walls or cases
Second layer
Acoustic dampling layer made from PVC which provide optimal insulation of sound from outside. Meanwhile it weakens sound wave and frequency by reducing viberation.
Third layer
Aluminium foil with excellent metallic sound insulation, and free of electromagnetic shielding effect. Moreover, the reflective surface can change the sound wave angle.
The new material is used for sound and noise control of water pipe, roof and music house etc...
