1.Provide pictures, drawings or 3D data.
The first stage of die cast model manufacture is project information collection such as the pictures of real object, dimension and drawings etc.
2.Production requirement.
After we get the project information, we also need to know your production requirement such as model scale, quality and model functions etc.This information will affect your developing cost.And this will also easy for us to provide the detail quotation for you.
3.Handmade prototype manufacture
After the 2 steps aforementioned, we will produce the handmade prototype according to the information and requirement you provided.As this step will be 100% finished by hand, it will take about 30 days for it.(if you can provide 3D data, this will help us to save 15 days.)
4.Handmade prototype confirmation, molds manufacture
After we finished the handmade prototype, we will send it to you to confirm whether prototype is accord with your requirement.In this step, you need to check the prototype carefully, once you confirm, you can not change anything in alloy molds manufacture.When you confirmed the prototype, we will process the next procedure, alloy die cast procedure which is the key procedure of the die cast model making.
5.Handmade prototype confirmation, molds manufacture
In this key stage, there are total 17 procedures that it will takes about 60 days.
6.Alloy model sample confirmation
After the alloy molds finished, we will make the model sample and submit to you for review.You need to check it carefully to see whether it is accord with your requirement, or whether you want to add some requirements.We will modify the sample according to your advice until the sample has final confirmation.
7.Package design
After you got dimension of the model, you can design the package including the model outer package.
8.Mass production and assembly
After the confirmation of the model and the package, we will have mass production.The production line of paudi is capable for 300PCS per day with quality check and packing.The whole model manufacture procedures are complete in this stage.The next stage is for shipping.
9.Transportation
The shipping methods we can provide are car carrier, by sea or by air.
