Product composition
Surface material PP Plastic with smooth or embossed surface.
PP Plastic is a thermoplastic polymer ((C3H6)n) used in a wide variety of construction environment to provide greater strength & a high level resistance to heat, water, abrision and chemicals.
The material has density of 0.946g/cm3 and a melting point in excess of 130 ° C(266° F)
Inner layer Made from top quality Poplar.
A few layers of poplar are hot pressed and glued together under heat and pressure to estabish a stong core. The top an bottom surfaces are sanded to provide an extremely smooth finish.
Glue WBP Phenolic, which has been tested with a 72 hour immersion in boiling water without any delamination. This glue makes the sheet both stronger and more waterproof.
