Technology description:

Belt automatically. So 2 person are enough for the whole filling line. The worker who does the carrying should also wash the barrel and pull the cap, and the other worker
Should do the covering label, light inspection and pile the barrels.
Washing: It adopts air cylinder for driving the gear, the gear makes the chain
Delivery, the chain makes the barrel move intermittently, when it stops, the worker
Can sterilize, flush and wash. The whole operation is controlled by the controlling
System.
Filling: Air cylinder pushes the washed barrel to the filling position, the program will detect the barrel position and then filling. The filling volume depends on the time, it
Can adjust the filling level by adjusting the filling time. So filling is fully automatic.
Cap covering: It can automatically sort the cap and delivery the cap to the barrel
Head, then finish the cap covering during the air cylinder delivering the filled barrel.
Cap sealing: The air cylinder deliver the cap-covered barrel to the sealing position, then finish the cap sealing by the air cylinder pushing.
